Join us at the Bristol Tech Fest and hear from an expert panel of speakers, join in an informal discussion, enjoy lunch and networking and learn how employers will be supported in how to ‘recruit differently’, address skills gaps and build a more resilient workforce.

Speakers and topics include:

* Emma Cox discussing how a medium sized business with no talent supply chain created an award-winning apprenticeship programme by linking with the local community. 

* James Lott discussing becoming an employer of choice after their apprentice won 1st place at the National Apprentice Awards (Digital category), judged by the British Computer Society. 

* TechSPARK’s very own Shona Wright (Head of Content) talking about her life changing apprenticeship journey and 

* Joyann Boyce discussing how an inclusive marketing and employer brand can help to attract diverse talent

The project is being led by the Western Training Provider Network, working with local employers from SMEs to multinationals, community partners and Universities that will enable employers to unearth and establish a broader pipeline of exciting new talent.

There will be detail on how businesses can receive free expert advice and consultancy that could enable them  to utilise more inclusive ways to attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce by creating and establishing inspiring new apprenticeship opportunities. Loads of opportunity to ask questions of our experts and get involved in an informal discussion..
